Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I drop off my donation?
You’re welcome to drop off your donation Tuesday–Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at our Marketplace and warehouse: 253 Queen St. E., Brampton. When you arrive, please drive around to the very back of the warehouse and enter through the sliding doors at the far end of the building. If you need help when you arrive, please call Tim Hucks at 437-488-2237.
Can I request a pickup?
Yes! Our Operations team is able to pick up food donations of 500 lbs or more on Fridays, between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Once you submit a pick-up request, please allow 7–10 business days for scheduling, as we’re currently managing a high volume of deliveries and pick-ups. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to accommodate your preferred pick-up week.
Do you have collection bins available?
Yes! You are welcome to arrange a pick-up of collection bins from our warehouse at 253 Queen St. E. If your location has a dock-level delivery door, we can also arrange the delivery of a pallet and large cardboard bulk bin (Gaylord) for larger food drives. Please indicate your bin or delivery request when completing your food drive registration.
