For those without access to extended medical care, issues can build up over time and seriously affect health and mobility.
At Regeneration, we provide resources to help those in need of health and wellness, in medical or mental distress.
At Regeneration, we firmly believe in the phrase “it takes a village.” We are fortunate to have strong partnerships with excellent primary care providers, including Homeless Health Peel and Wellfort’s Bloom Clinic team, and Diabetic Nurse, who provide our guests with ongoing medical support. We are proud to host these teams on a weekly basis during our hours of operation.
Chiropractic Care
Aches and pains can quickly creep up, especially in the absence of a warm, comfortable bed.
We have a licensed chiropractor that visits our centre and attends to our guests every Friday during our breakfast hours of 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Appointments are first-come, first-served, and a sign-up sheet is available at the centre.

Medical Resourcing
If at any time our guests are suffering from medical distress, we will support them as needed. Our centre acts as a relational and transitional care facility—which means we work with every one of our guests, at their discretion, to find them the help they need. Whether it’s emergency room care, finding a doctor, or providing medical resources and counselling, we do everything we can to ensure the health of our guests.
Care Kits
We distribute personal care kits to our guests every other month, stocked with essentials like sunscreen, deodorant, and razors. These kits help our guests hold on to a sense of dignity while protecting their health.

Meet Charlie – A Regeneration Transformation
Charlie came to Regeneration in his 50s. He was experiencing homelessness, grieving his divorce, and dealing with heartbreak. COVID-19 caused him to lose his job and the temp agency he was working with simply didn’t provide enough regular income to live on.
