Give the Gift of Time
If you are looking for ways to give back to your community and make a difference to those in need, please join us!
Whether it’s kitchen duties, serving meals, assisting in our clothes closet, or sorting food, we promise you: your gift of time and loving aid will have a significant effect on the lives of others.
How Do I Get Started Volunteering?
No matter how much extra time you have, there is an opportunity for you at Regeneration Brampton. We appreciate all of our volunteers, regardless of time commitment, and we offer flexible options to suit your needs.
If you don’t have much time, are not sure of what to expect, or are new to volunteering and prefer to volunteer with us one-time or on a short-term basis, please fill in this short-term volunteer application form.
If you’d like to join our volunteer team on a more regular, ongoing basis, fill in this long-term volunteer application form. Many people who volunteer at Regeneration tend to stay: it is a loving community that cultivates many long-term friendships.
If you are under 18, your guardian must fill out our parental consent form.

Guest Experiences
Meet Charlie – A Regeneration Transformation
Charlie came to Regeneration in his 50s. He was experiencing homelessness, grieving his divorce, and dealing with heartbreak. COVID-19 caused him to lose his job and the temp agency he was working with simply didn’t provide enough regular income to live on.
